  getaway in the Hamptons, Long Island, New York. This 1708 built motel, lodge, and rental, is
  perfect vacation rental for those who are looking for a historical family bed and breakfast
  that is close to the ocean, those who are on the honeymoon getaway, and those who enjoy
  a personalized service in a butler’s manner.
  Elizabeth Main has owned this charming Southampton home for over twenty years. The
  house which goes back almost 200 years has been lovingly restored to capture the easy
  country elegance of the old days of Southampton. Mainstay is the longest run private Bed
  and Breakfast in Southampton.
  Mainstay has been featured in Good Housekeeping's subscription issue and ON THE JITNEY
  magazine issue, today the country home is used as a summer house for extended families
  during the season as well as still inviting guest on occasion for off season with limited
  availability.
  We have several suites that can accommodate families very comfortably. All rooms have
  decanters with sherry. During the summer season beach towels are available in each room
  for your convenience.
