• Mason Helmstetter Associates, LLC is a family-run real estate appraisal company dedicated to our clients' real estate needs. We are second and third generation designated members of the Appraisal Institute. What does this mean? Designated Appraisal Institute members are not only required to complete rigorous education and experience requirements, they must also adhere to strict ethical codes. Two of our appraisers are MAI designated members deeming them experts in commercial properties and we also have an SRA who the Appraisal Institute declared an expert in the appraisal of residential properties.
