• Bryan and Julie McConnell have the combined experience of 74 years as musicians, and over 55 years as music educators. They both work as performers, recording artists, conductors, educators, facilitators, and coordinators. The dedication and quality they bring to their music is beyond compare. Bryan and Julie are freelance musicians, available for hire, together or separately, for clubs, restaurants, weddings, corporate parties, concerts, and recording sessions. McConnell's Music fosters not just the notion of excellent musicianship, but excellent "person-ship" and "mentor-ship," as well. Bryan and Julie McConnell strive to instill character, integrity, and selflessness in every musician they instruct. McConnell's Music offers private lessons in voice, piano, violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar and percussion, as well as music classes in String Ensemble, Choral Ensemble, Guitar Ensemble, and Beginning Percussion. They also offer String Camp, Guitar Camp, Singing/Theater Camp, and Percussion Camp, as well as String Class, Guitar Class and Vocal Class, June-August. McConnell's Music serves the Greater Asheville, North Carolina area, including Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Mills River, Pisgah Forest, Etowah, Horse Shoe, Flat Rock, Arden, Fletcher, Waynesville, Black Mountain, and Weaverville, among others. In addition, Julie McConnell taught music in the public schools in San Diego County for 18 years, K-6, and is now available for your daytime classroom music teacher position in Henderson, Transylvania, or Bucumbe Counties.
