• McCormack Associates has been in the business of renting and managing apartments for over 35 years. We provide clean, quality homes for our tenants. We strive to match each potential tenant with the best possible unit to fit their lifestyle needs and budget. We manage units located in areas ranging from scenic to city. We have over 20 properties located in New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Massachusetts and Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Our units range in size from 350 square feet to 2,200 square feet. Monthly rent ranges from $575 to $1,600.
