All the areas to be deconstructed are maintained under negative pressure with the use of air scrubbers/negative air machines and a very seal tide containment barrier, built with 20 mil plastic or grader, metal steel frame, and heavy duty zipper access. We use 10% Rubbing Alcohol (93%-100% concentrate) 90% water (H2O), one-part alcohol, nine-parts water. With this technique we avoid any residue left behind after wipe down all the hard surfaces on the area to be remediated. We fog air with Aero Solver. All the procedures and methods of wipe down/dust control, are based on the book of standard of care from the IICRC and the initial protocol prepare for the certificate industrial hygienist.
