Her clients enjoy her engagement in the planning phase where she dives in to discover what is most important. Stephanie stays involved thru all phases of planning and will even reach out to her client while they are traveling to ensure all is well. If her clients look back on their trip with fondness and their happy memory includes the fact that Stephanie was their travel advisor, then she believes she did a good job.
