About Us

  • Mission City Community Fund is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit. We are an all-volunteer organization with a board of directors who serve for a minimum of three years. Because we have no paid staff, all the money MCCF raises goes directly to the organizations we support. When you donate to the MCCF you can be confident that local organizations get maximum benefit. Every dollar of our net proceeds go directly to projects and programs in our communities. In 1986, a group of concerned Santa Clara citizens formed the Mission City Community Fund in response to shrinking Federal financial support for much-needed community programs. The original board of directors later expanded the fund's focus to the entire "quality of life" spectrum.
