• Founded in 2005, Mt. Comfort Storage LLC opened a state-of-the-art self storage facility in the Mt. Comfort Commercial Park. The company is locally owned and managed; offering friendly personal service every time! All leases are month-to-month beginning on the first of the month. You are not required to commit to a longer lease term. We will waive up to 1 month’s rent at move-in. We also offer additional discounting for pre-paid accounts. Please call for details. We feature a wide range of unit sizes and storage options. Beginning with our 5′ x 5′s up to our 20′ x 35′s we have the unit to meet your storage budget and needs. We also offer climate controlled units for those concerned about humidity levels and temperature changes to their stored items. Storing an RV, boat or trailer? We have several options to meet your requirements. We offer both back-in and pull-through spots. All parking areas are individually marked spaces. We have spots up to 70 feet in length, ample room for any vehicle. Our secure facility is gated, fenced and well lit. Each customer is given an individualized access code offering 24/7 access. For security purposes, a log is maintained noting who is in the facility at all times. Cameras also help to ensure a secured environment. All driveways are asphalt with storm drains throughout. Buildings are steel construction on concrete slabs with vaulted insulated ceilings. Ceiling height can reach up to 18 feet allowing for greater room to stack items. Compared to flat-roofed facilities this allows up to 100% more storage space.
