Our sister company, Structure and Space Solutions, LLC, has been in business 26 years providing high-quality design and execution of a wide range of home remodeling projects. But eventually something leaks or breaks and so we created My Home Solutions, LLC to enable us to provide a range of services from replacing a light switch or garbage disposal, fixing a leaking faucet to a complete gut and redesign of your kitchen. We take great pride in doing quality work and back that work up with remediation whenever something is not quite right. Call us at (614) 453-5929. It is important to note that we do not service all of the Columbus metro area. We limit our service area to Upper Arlington and surrounding suburbs including Dublin, Powell, Northwest Columbus, Worthington, Clintonville, Victorian Village, Grandview, Marble Cliff and Hilliard. We do free estimates on bigger projects such as remodeling a bathroom, kitchen or basement but otherwise our rate is $80 per hour. All service calls are billed for a minimum of one hour. Any additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. All work is warranted to be right the first time. If a follow-up is required for problem with what we installed or repaired there is no additional cost to the home owner.
