  • "I’m Nicole Leonard, the owner and operator of N The Park Fitness. We’ve been in business for the last 2 years, and I have 10 years total of experience in the fitness industry. During that time, I’ve been incredibly lucky to help a wide variety of people accomplish their goals. People with persistent weight problems finally overcoming them. I’ve seen people training for items on their bucket list, like running a marathon or climbing a mountain. I’ve worked with clients who used exercise as a form of physical therapy and were able to overcome an injury or health problem. The one thing that’s been the same about all of them is the satisfaction and joy I feel by helping someone break through their own limitations. In fitness, we don’t do the work for you, but we give you the training and positive reinforcement to do it yourself. We can do the same for you. Here’s how. When you contact us, we’ll first go over what your fitness goals are. Then, you’ll be able to determine what style of class will work best for you. It’s also a priority for us to make everyone feel like there’s a place for them here. You’ll make new friends, you’ll meet people with some of the same goals, and you’ll have a support system if you fall off the wagon. We encourage each other and support each other. Best of all, we do all of our classes in the great outdoors. Weather permitting, we’ll feel the sun on our faces and the wind in our hair as we work out together.
