About Us

  • I have been an attorney since 1980 when I was admitted to the Kentucky Bar. I was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1987. I am also licensed in the Federal Courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. I help people who have been injured in car and truck wrecks obtain settlements and jury verdicts from those responsible. I take these cases on a contingency, which means there is no attorney fee until the case is won or settled, and my fee is a percentage of what I collect. Costs of the case are included in the award so the client pays nothing out of pocket. I have represented hundreds of disabled people obtain Social Security Disability and SSI for children or people who have never been able to work. There is no charge for attorney fees until the client gets their award. I help people in divorce and child custody cases, and where children have been wrongfully removed from their homes by the state. I take these cases for a reasonable lump sum fee or on a payment plan or hourly basis. I defend people charged with crimes. I charge a reasonable lump sum fee for these cases which varies with the nature of the case. I try to return all telephone calls, answer Emails, and send copies of court documents to my clients. I meet with all clients personally and visit injured people in their homes and will arrange to meet clients who live outside my area at locations more convenient.
