• Since 2010, Nela Athletics has been serving Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Glendale, Highland Park and the surrounding area. We offer fifteen group classes every day at two convenient locations. We have over a dozen coaches on staff, with over a century of combined experience. We can get you into the best shape of your life safely and effectively, no matter your current level.
