• Blacktop is our only business. We here at Norwest Blacktop have been serving the Northern Illinois and Sounthern Wisconsin area with quality products and service since 1978. We are both a Commercial Paving Contractor as well as Residential Blacktop company.
  
  We have two divisions which include our "Sealcoating Division" and our "Paving Division". We specialize in new construction as well as parking lots & driveways. We do replacement of existing blacktop or concrete, sealing and striping. We also do commercial snow plowing & removal. We offer free estimates, and are insured.
