Dr. Jamie Lindsay founded NuStart with one simple goal – to develop an effective lifestyle strategies program that meets folks where they are and gives them the support, accountability, and direction they need to get where they want to be. Our coaches teach participants life skills in the areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
