She started as a young girl, helping out in her dad's grocery store, and her natural gift for serving others has never waned. As she married and her family grew (she has four children & four grandchildren), her home continued to be the gathering place for family, friends, and loved ones. Earlier in her career, she and her husband owned and operated a French bistro in Far Hills, NJ that had many loyal patrons. While Claudia enjoyed her role as proprietor and chef, she always held tightly to the dream of owning a bed and breakfast at the Jersey shore.
