The Oom Yung Doe School of Natick has been teaching Traditional Martial Arts in Natick for over 15 years. Training helps individuals of all ages physically develop strength, flexibility, coordination and mentally develop increased focus, determination and confidence. Oom Yung Doe teaches the principles of self respect, care, patience, and control to prepare students for success in life. Oom Yung Doe is unique in that it teaches 8 complete martial arts styles as one, offers a multiple instructor teaching system, and utilizes traditional herbal extracts and equipment to maximize mental and physical development. The 8 martial arts styles taught include: Tai Chi Chung, Kung Fu, Samurai Sword, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Udo (Jiu Jitsu), Bagwa Chung and Ship Pal Gye (18 Chinese Weapons).
