  Open since 1984 Pacplex sports over 200,000 square feet of spacious facilities full of the latest in fitness equipment and a staff of professionals eager to assist you on your journey to health and fitness. Whether you want to burn fat, lose inches, pump-up, get in shape, socialize, spend time with the family, sun yourself or just plain relax we've got a facility or program just for you.
  
  It doesn't matter if you've been working out or are just starting out. Our fitness trainers can customize a program to meet your goals and expectations. Trainers can also offer alternate forms of exercise that will keep you interested and motivated. And, more importantly, we're user friendly.
  
  You are sure to meet new people and develop relationships that will make your time at PAC even more enjoyable. We've even added all the comfort of home - you can watch television or listen to your favorite music while you burn fat in our extensive cardiovascular area.
  
  Using the old ?I don't have time to work out? excuse? Pacplex is the no excuses place to workout. Our doors are open seven days a week, 24 hours Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 10PM weekends. We are confident you will find a facility, program or service just for you.
