About Us

  • Dr. Tiffany Koon knew she wanted a career in health care ever since she was a child. She became passionate about eye care when she interned at a hospital eye clinic while in high school. She went on to pursue her career in optometry. She graduated 1 year early from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and chemistry. She then achieved her doctorate from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. During her schooling, she worked at retail opticals and eye clinics to gain versatility in her field and help patients meet their visual needs. Her favorite memory of optometry school is her mission trip to Belize, where she was part of a team who provided much needed vision care and eyewear to over 500 people. Dr. Tiffany trained at VA Hospitals, managing the care of veterans who had glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and other medical conditions. She also received clinical training in pediatrics and hard-to-fit contact lenses.
