• Monthly leases are available. Monthly rent is paid in advance. (Acceptable payment method is cash, check, credit card) Payment options: Can be invoiced monthly on the 20th and mail your payment by the 1st. OR can sign authorization for VISA or MC to be charged on the 1st of each month. Tenants interested in renting on an annual lease, pay for 11 months in advance, get the 12th month free. Tenants provide their own lock. Access to facility is 24hrs a day / 7 days a week. Property has Security Lighting from dusk to dawn.
