• We are a locally owned and operated franchise located on the corner of Randall Road and Oak Street in North Aurora next to Anderson Animal Shelter. We have multiple rooms of self-service dog washes and online ordering where you can buy online and pick up when it's convenient for you. Come on in, or we'll bring it to your car. We also provide a wide selection of natural, raw and name-brand pet foods, treats and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish. Carol is the Store Team Lead, who has been in the pet industry for more than 18 years. She is certified in all animal departments and is a Certified Pet Nutrition Advisor. Carol has worked with shelters to promote adoptions, been a foster parent and has done transports. She is also a proud parent of two adopted dogs. Carol and her team are committed to delivering exceptional service by providing a positive, trustworthy and neighborly environment for the neighbors and their pets.
