We all have the capacity to change, grow, recover and heal. Given the opportunity and the right conditions this is all possible. Each individual is unique and requires a therapeutic approach tailored to suit their needs, personality and style. I use an integrative approach to therapy. I act as a guide, facilitator, coach and educator encouraging you through this process. I draw on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, humanistic and somatic therapies and a sense of humor.
