About Us

  • The Playground was the original CrossFit Training Facility in Broward County, originally opening its doors as CrossFit Affliction in 2008. Our Gym started inside a small 800 Sq Ft warehouse and grew quickly into its current 10,000 Sq Ft State of the Art Training Facility in Davie Plantation FL.
