We encourage our clients to consider existing plans because the design and engineering costs have already been incurred and the client can often see a finished product and will be comfortable knowing exactly what the home will look like. However, at Premier Homes of the Carolinas, we understand that our clients may want a custom designed plan for their new home or commercial project. So, if you truly want a one of a kind home, we encourage you to bring pictures, magazine clippings, color choices, and other ideas to help us create the ideal design/build project to meet your needs. Premier Homes of the Carolinas provides a one year builder warranty after the Certificate of Occupancy is issued as well as a warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
