Our simple to read inspection reports allow our clients the ability to see the areas that were inspected and the condition of these areas.
  
  
  
  FRESH UPS
  
  Whether your property has been dormant for a while or has exposure to a lot of traffic, you want your property to be ready for the next visitor. This is where our fresh-ups come in. Fresh-ups are periodic visits to your property to perform light housekeeping activities that may need attention to make sure the property is in a presentable state for the next potential buyer or tenant. We make sure the property is clean, presentable and smelling fresh when we leave, just as if it were our own.
  
  CLEAN OUTS
  
  We prefer to use the term “Clean Out” vs. “Trash Out” because we don’t just move the unwanted contents to the curb for pick-up, we go the extra mile. We will remove the unwanted contents; haul it off the property, provide a thorough cleaning, and any other minor cosmetic issues that is agreed upon. If there are extensive repairs or renovations needed on the property by another contractor, we can schedule our final cleaning after these are completed to minimize the cost of another cleaning.
