• Rayview Construction, Inc. was started nearly six decades ago in 1951 by Orville Bakken, the year when the Missouri river overflowed it's banks and flooded the West Bottoms. The business has never changed names and is still family owned and operated, currently by Steve and Linda Bakken. The experienced crews do all types of foundation repair, basement waterproofing, concrete placement, including decorative concrete, landscape walls and drainage. In 2005 Rayview Construction had an opportunity to expand it's commercial concrete division to central Florida with a contract to develop the East-West industrial park in West Melbourne Florida, a move that has allowed us to bid and obtain contracts at Cape Canaveral and N.A.S.A. At Rayview Construction, Inc. customer satisfaction is our utmost concern. We understand the importance of a referral base, and value our clients. Over 50% of our clients come to us through referral. It is our most effective form of advertisement. Rayview Construction has spanned three generations as a family owned business and we consider our trusted employees as part of the Rayview family.
