  • Megan Gjovig incorporates a blend of contemporary pilates, bodyweight resistance exercises, and light weight work into her training. She assesses each private client as an individual and create challenging sessions to help each client meet their desired goals. Megan has worked with and welcomes a broad range of ages and physical conditions, and desires to create safe, yet challenging sessions for all of her clients. Megan offers pilates for its benefits of elongating while strengthening the muscle, improving muscle elasticity, balance, and joint mobility. Megan’s goal is to help her clients see increased body awareness in their everyday movement, as well as optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury in sports and all the other forms of physical activity.
