  • My name is Isaac McDowell, Washington State License #2116, and I Own/Operate Reliance Home Inspections LLC. I am a licensed and certified home inspector with the state of Washington. I live in Stanwood WA, and serve the greater Seattle area. My experience is extensive. I am a qualified home inspector, but before that, I was also a licensed general contractor.
