• The Revere Health Provo Ophthalmology and Eye Center proudly offers patients premiere eye care and health services. Our board-certified ophthalmologists and staff take the time to communicate with each patient, to help better diagnose and treat their specific ailment. We help our Provo patients and their families by providing specialized eye care including eye exams, cataract surgery, pediatric eye care and more. We make it our goal to help our patients overcome diseases and ailments such as macular degeneration, glaucoma and more.
