• About Us The Rice Insurance & Financial group has been serving it’s members in Virginia since 2010 providing quality Personal and Commercial Insurance. Kim Rice started her Nationwide Insurance agency from scratch at an office located in Glen Allen VA. She quickly grew to open her first retail location in 2012. This is when her husband, Brady Rice, joined to help grow the agency into the Family owned and operated business that it is today.
