About Us

• Rick Pero provides personal coaching to individuals, groups and organizations seeking growth, change and development since 2002 throughout Northern California and beyond! Rick brings his broad background in human development, education and the financial services industries to individuals/groups seeking to make positive, progressive changes. He began in banking, then owned a retail business employing 40 people. He also taught Career and Life Planning, College Success Skills and Career Exploration at CSU Chico and Butte College for several years. Rick later did human services training and coaching for government and non-profit board members, management, line staff and social workers. He also helps people get healthier through weight loss coaching in the Take Shape for Life Program as well as career counseling, life coaching and financial therapy. Rick holds a Business Administration/Finance undergraduate degree from CSU Chico as well as advanced graduate work in Career Counseling, Emotional Intelligence(EQ), Management Development, MBTI and more!
