• Riverside Health Fitness Center is a health and wellness center located in Bourbonnais, IL. Since 1997, we have sought to provide our premium fitness services to Bourbonnais, IL and the surrounding area. Our medically based fitness center offers a variety of services to help you monitor and improve your health as you meet one on one with your personal trainer to devise a fitness plan that is individual to your specific needs. After a private fitness assessment, you will be provided with a personalized cardiovascular and strength program to help you build strength and stamina in order to improve your health.
