If you have dental insurance, please bring your Dental ID card with you. We will file your dental insurance claims as a courtesy for you at no additional fee. Dental benefit plans are a contract between your employer or plan sponsor, and your third party insurance company. Your dental plan is designed to share in your dental care costs. It may not cover the total cost of your treatment plan. Each dental insurance company has restrictions on specific procedures. There are no regulations as to how insurance companies determine reimbursement levels, resulting in a wide variation of actual percentage of the charges that is reimbursed. We will do our upmost to provide accurate pre-treatment estimates that will help you to understand your dental plan.
