Hi, my name is Robert Greene. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, though I grew up in the DeLand, Florida area. Outside of real estate, I enjoy saltwater fishing and automobile racing. Real Estate Experience: My father bought me my first house at age 16. I have been fascinated by Real Estate ever since. In 1978, I built R. N. Greene Realty, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage that dominated its service area until 1990. At that time, I sold corporation to large regional homebuilder. A few years later, I re-opened my real estate business as Greene Realty, in DeLand ready to get back in business. I am familiar with all facets of real estate sales, associate training and home-site development. In my years of working in Real Estate, I developed a number of subdivisions in the West Volusia area including Blue Lake Hills, Big Lake Estates, Glenwood Estates and Eagleridge at the River. My have a great deal of commercial experience as well. I was named "Top Commercial Seller" by the local board of Realtors, and I am actively brokering all types of properties, including short sales, bank owned and foreclosures.
