• Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium is a unique retail store of 15,000+ gourmet kitchen supplies, specialty foods, cheeses and boutique wines. Find a full array of products, including quality cookware, professional cutlery and kitchen gadgets that are used by professionals and home cooks alike. A well-trained, attentive and knowledgeable staff is able to assist you with your culinary needs. If you have been looking for that one special kitchen tool that no one seems to have, then you have come to the right place. If they do not have the item in stock or just do not carry it, they will assist you in locating it. Food, wine and cheese sampling is available daily at the demonstration/sampling center. Owner/Buyer Karen West oversees the retail operations.
  
  Additionally, they feature a 1,000 sf fully equipped Culinary Center where 8-12 hands-on, demonstration, socially interactive, and Kids/Teens style cooking classes are provided each week. Several in-house chefs provide much of the coaching and direction during classes and 18+ celebrity and guests chefs round out the faculty and curriculum. Rolling Pin specializes in corporate events, receptions and private parties to meet most tastes and budgets. The kitchen is well equipped with many of tools from the retail store allowing participants to "try-out" items before they purchase. Classes are FUN, food is really good, and they feature tips and techniques that will help expand your culinary skills. Classically trained Chef/Owner Dave West oversees the Culinary Center, chefs and curriculum.
  
  The store is located in the Brandon Crossroads Shopping Plaza, just east of Brandon Mall minutes from downtown Tampa at the end of the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.
