Raquelle Vernon attended California State University, Chico and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Option in Marketing in 1992 and thereafter relocated to the Sacramento area. After completing her MBA at Golden State University she attended law school at the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and graduated in 2000 with a Juris Doctor. She then relocated to Arizona and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2001 as well as the U.S. District Court. There she litigated cases for Community Legal Services and the District Attorney’s Office prior to relocating back to California. Raquelle was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004 and was further admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court. She worked for Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP for five years prior to forming her own law practice. Renée Peña has resided in the Sacramento area since graduating from California State University, Chico in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Option in Marketing. She earned a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento in 1994 and her Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000. Ms. Peña was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001 and was further admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court. Ms. Peña has operated her own law practice for the last ten years.
