Sandra A. McCloy, MD is the Medical Director of Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley. Dr. McCloy is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed medical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She also completed a residency in family practice at Deaconness Hospital in Buffalo, NY.
