  The SCI menu offerings include a variety of lavish buffet-style meals on the weekend. An Italian-American seafood buffet, called Festa di Mare, is served on Friday evenings, and on Saturday, The Grand Buffet features soup, salad and fisherman’s tables along with eight entrée selections and the sweetest desserts. Sunday, Champagne and Caviar Brunch and the American Harvest Dinner Buffet complete the weekend visitor’s dining experience.
  
  For the midweek traveler, our ala Carte menu is replete with SCI signature recipes – many handed down from generation to generation of Pirone Family Chefs. For lighter fare visit our gastro-pub, The Mahogany Lounge, and for the perfect Panini or the sweetest confections take a trip to Stroudsmoor Inn Towne Bakery Café.
