Senior Care Partners, a private non-profit PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization, was formed in 2008 in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as in conjunction with the National PACE Association, with the mission of providing comprehensive care for the frail elderly population of our region in order to allow them to remain safely in their home for as long as possible. Senior Care Partners' first location was established in Battle Creek, Michigan, with the mission of serving the Calhoun County region. After the successful launch and subsequent growth of this location, a second Senior Care Partners location was opened in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2013 to serve Kalamazoo and Eastern VanBuren Counties. We currently serve a combined total of 400 participants in both centers and this number continues to grow on a monthly basis. Beginning with a staff of 12 in 2008, we currently have a combined total of over 125 employees at both locations.
