SeqLL, Inc., is a boutique biotech company located just north of Boston, Massachusetts. Using Helicos technology, SeqLL provides cDNA and direct RNA sequencing services to researchers around the world. The SeqLL Process – Prep sample, clean RNA (Remove Ribosomal RNA which is about 95% of the volume), make cDNA, tail, and sequence. While direct RNA sequencing will eventually replace it, we currently offer cDNA sequencing. SeqLL has become the go to Direct RNA Seq and RNA sequencing providers.
