The staff at Signature HealthCARE at The Courtyard believes that all individuals should be able to experience the highest quality of life. With many of the employees serving elders at The Courtyard for more than ten years, true compassion and commitment to service has resulted in a warm, home-like environment. A full range of individually focused services include inpatient and outpatient therapy, skilled nursing care, Quality of Life activities program, a full-time Chaplain, adult day care, and nutritional intervention from a registered dietician.
