• Todd Price owns and operates a custom sign and art business, Signs Work in Elk Creek, Virginia. His hand-painted and carved designs are recognized throughout southwest Virginia. Todd is proud to be a true "old-school artist" and all of his work begins with pencil and paper and evolves into the works you see here.
