About Us

• George and Melinda Austin have owned and operated Silver Imaging for seventeen years. George has been sharing his love of photography with the public since 1976 and has been a working photographer for thirty-three years. Melinda started out in the photographic world as a lab manager in 1995. As a team we created Silver Imaging Portrait Studio in 2005.
  
  We are both members of Professional Photographers of America, Southwest Professional Photographers, and Professional Photographers of New Mexico. We are currently Board members and Office holders in PPA New Mexico. These organizations provide us with continuing education as Portrait Photographers so that we can give our clients the highest quality portraits in an ever changing business.
