• Elizabeth H. Smith has been a practicing attorney since 1977. A former assistant prosecutor, she is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. She is licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, and the federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.Elizabeth Smith is a member of the Morris County Bar Association, a Foundation Trustee New Jersey State Bar Association Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers-NJ Member Zonta International Member, and a member of the Mendham Rotary Club.
