• Our comfortable accommodations and exciting outdoor and indoor recreational activities make Spruce Lake Retreat an excellent place for church youth groups, Sunday Schools, and other Christian groups to get away from the daily routine and focus on God. Plan one of your own retreats (we’d be happy to help you with ideas) and use our facilities, or participate in one of our programmed retreats (check our website for details). We have a large meeting space with capacity for up to 500 people, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, buffet-style meal service with seating for large groups, and overnight accommodations for up to 600. Christian groups have access to adventure activities, which include zip lines, high ropes courses, challenge courses, and more. Even if it’s raining outside you can still have fun. We have an indoor game room, gym, nature center, and more to enjoy (availability varies). During the summer, enjoy swimming in our heated outdoor pool; playing a round of mini-golf on our professionally-designed course; going for a beautiful hike on one of our 7 woodland trails; relax in a paddle boat or kayak on a lake; compete in a friendly game of basketball, volleyball, tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, or board game (bring your own or borrow one of ours); or make memories with your kids on our fun playground.
