About Us

  • Tom Stabile, Exercise Physiologist, of Stability Fitness offers one-on-one personal training and small group training in a private personal training studio. Hours are by appointment only.

    Tom has over 20 years of experience designing personal fitness programs and has a Masters in Exercise Physiology. His certifications include American College of Sports Medicine Clinical Exercise Specialist; National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist; and American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer.
