Sterling Property Services is a husband and wife partnership of Roger Ness and Sandy LeRoy. History Roger began his painting career as an apprentice in the Painters Union where for four years he combined formal training and on the job experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Upon earning journeyman status, he became a licensed California painting contractor, and he and Sandy opened Ness Painting & Decorating in 1986. Sandy trained in design, color theory and decorative painted finishes at the Day Studio-Workshop and the Gale Laurence Studio, both in San Francisco. She also is an Accredited Staging Professional. In 2004 Roger and Sandy relocated to Hendersonville, NC and formed Sterling Property Services.
