About Us

  • The President of Stull Construction Inc. (SCI), Michael Stull, is a certified general contractor since 1996. He has been in the construction business with his father for most of his life. While growing up, his father, Omer Stull, owned an aluminum company, Stull’s Aluminum, specializing in screened enclosures, siding/soffit and hurricane shutters. Mike worked with his father estimating, bidding and installing for the company since he was a very young. After building a few speculation homes, Michael Stull knew that this was not only something he was great at but also enjoyed. Eventually, he decided to get his State Certified General Contractors License and open his own business – Stull Construction, Inc. Mike has taken many courses and classes in Green Building, and has a certification from NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), and can give good advice on which Green Products are most cost effective for each home. He offers Custom of Semi-Custom Plans and Features on every project to meet each customers specific needs. One of Michael’s strong suits is value engineering. This is where the contractor and owner both work closely with the architect or draftsman to draw and plan your project. This Design/Build collaboration including an upfront Negotiated Price Contract results in a very well-built energy efficient home that meets or exceeds the needs our local climate and building codes, and is tailored for your budget. This usually works out better than the old way of hiring an Architect to draw the plan and putting it out for Contractors to bid. This take the lowest bid approach usually ends up costing much more than expected in the end. By using Stull Construction to work with your Architect to Design/Build your home and Using a Negotiated Price Contract you will be covered from the beginning (planning/budgeting) to the end of the building process (final closing/certificate of occupancy). This combination eliminates the “finger pointing” and keeps surprises down to a minimum. Customer service after the fact is always just a phone call away. About Stull Construction Inc. (SCI) which is dedicated to building high quality homes with very low maintenance and energy costs to fit each customers needs and budget.
