• Chef Elijah Lehrer is a native Angelino. Growing up in southern California has allowed him to enjoy some of the greatest flavors the world has to offer. He has been honing his take on Japanese cuisine for over 20 years. As a classically trained chef he was a trailblazer from the beginning, working at some of the best sushi restaurants such as Nobu, Blue Ribbon Sushi, and Ozumo, just to name a few.
