  In 2001, Steffi Swanson opened this law firm after working with Robert J. Hovey, her mentor for 11 years. Swanson and Hovey currently have an office sharing arrangement.

  We have been representing lenders throughout Nebraska with default servicing needs for 20 years. Our experience and knowledge has allowed us to successfully represent many state and national associations in all areas of default servicing including foreclosures, bankruptcy matters, evictions, deficiency actions and tax sale litigation.
  
  We incorporate technology from LPS Process Management, Vendorscape, Lenstar, I-clear and LPS Invoice Management, along with PACER for bankruptcy filings.
