• Talking Heads Hair Design is located at 127 S. State Street on the 1st floor in Newtown,Pa. We have been in business for 24 years. We offer facial waxing for the lip, eyebrow, center brow and chin. Men grooming is another service we provide so we can give you a haircut, or trim your beard or mustache. We are happy to let you know that we are a salon that does L'Oreal custom treatments for intense repair or color refining.
  
  At Talking Heads we always include a consultation, therapeutic shampoo, conditioning and styling with every haircut. We also will shampoo & style your hair or just curl or flat iron it for any special occasion!
  
  We have several salon specialties that consist of Inoa Color which is an ammonia free gold standard of hair color. It's the New color technology! Our Stylist also can do full highlights, partial highlights, single process color, or double process color. If you'd like we can do a perm on partial, full, or long hair. Our stylists can also do a Brazilian Protein Treatment with a Japanese or a Smoothing service. We can also do hair extensions for anyone who wants hair all the way down there backs!
